Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts, contributing to the development and execution of marketing campaigns, and helping us achieve our business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with the graphic designer to brainstorm and develop creative content and messaging.
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with our online community.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Support the organization and coordination of marketing events and promotions.
  • Assist our designer in the process of creating content, such as writing blog posts, designing graphics, and editing videos.
  • Maintain marketing materials and ensure they are up-to-date and consistent with our brand guidelines.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.
  • Help the other staff with handling customers and ensuring orders are


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong passion for marketing and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset and a strong team player.
