CRM and Content Creation Virtual Staff

We are seeking a dynamic and multifaceted individual to join our team as a CRM and Content Creation Virtual Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks spanning CRM management using HubSpot, content creation through Canva, video creation and editing with Canva and other AI tools, Shopify newsletter campaigns, podcast editing, creation of presentation materials, Asana task management, document updates, and graphic design across various platforms.

1. At least 1 year of experience
2. CRM management (Hubspot)
3. Content creation (Canva)
4. Creating and editing videos using Canva and other AI tools
5. Use Shopify newsletters to market items
6. Knowledgeable in Podcast editing
7. Proficiency in creating presentation materials
8. Proficiency in Asana
9. Updating and uploading of documents, and other admin tasks
10. Graphic design for various platforms
