Onsite - 12 PM to 9 PM shift


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The Senior Recruiter will play a key role in leading the end-to-end recruitment process, managing a variety of positions across different departments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully identifying and acquiring top-tier talent, along with exceptional communication and leadership skills.


Full-Cycle Recruitment:

  • Manage the complete recruitment life cycle, from requisition to offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Interviewing and Assessment:

  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Administer relevant assessments and coordinate additional evaluations as needed.

Negotiation and Offer Management:

  • Lead salary negotiations and manage the offer process in collaboration with hiring managers and HR.

Provide guidance on market trends, and compensation benchmarks, and offer competitiveness.

Talent Pipeline Management:

  • Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key positions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to engage passive candidates.

Collaboration with Hiring Teams:

  • Work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and hiring priorities.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and advise on best practices.

Employer Branding:

  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company's employer brand.
  • Represent the organization at recruitment events and engage with industry networks.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
  • Generate regular reports on key recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.


  • Volume hiring experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
