HR Entry Level Remote Recruiter

Our company is looking for a Full Time HR Entry Level Recruiter to join the team while working from home! Any prior experience in recruiting, customer service or sales is preferred but not required as we provide full paid training. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible and offer growth opportunities.

This is a great opportunity for someone that wants to gain experience in the Human Resources and Recruitment industry as well as utilize their communication skills and English language. It is an opportunity for someone that enjoys working with people and has a great work ethic.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conduct pre-screening phone interviews with potential candidates.
• Sourcing and screening of resumes utilizing provided resources.
• Have quality conversations with prospect nationwide applicants.
• Interview scheduling, managing emails, phone calls and text messages.
• Setting up interview reminders and managing email templates.
• Posting ads in multiple platforms and assigning applicants to qualified positions.
• Other duties as assigned.
