Offline Marketing Specialist

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit and onboard Brand Ambassadors (BAs) who will represent the brand and boost customer acquisition efforts
• Provide training and ongoing support to Brand Ambassadors to ensure they are well-prepared and equipped to represent the brand
• Supervise and manage the performance of the Brand Ambassadors, provide guidance and feedback to enhance their effectiveness
• Develop and execute offline marketing strategies aimed at driving foot traffic to retail stores nationwide
• Efficiently manage the budget and resources allocated for offline marketing initiatives to achieve maximum impact
• Collect, analyze and report data related to offline marketing activities
• Use data insights to make informed decisions for strategy optimization and refinement

Qualifications:

• A graduate or completed any four (4) year Marketing or Business-related course
• Strong management skills with the ability to recruit, train and manage outsourced personnel
• Proven experience in Offline Marketing, promotions and team management
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with outsourced personnel Proficiency in using MS Office preferable Excel
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.
• Must be willing to work in the field as required and needed
• Self-motivated and with good judgement
