- To be responsible in managing end-to-end recruitment process ranging from sourcing the candidates, screening, interviewing, reference checks & offer negotiation with clients
- To manage multiple diverse sourcing & selecting channels & tolls such as job portals, social networking sites, talent pool, candidate pool sites & candidate database;
- Build strong rapport with hiring managers and project teams to understand hiring requirements and provide timely updates to have all parties aligned.
- To determine candidates’ qualification by interviewing, analyzing responses, verifying references & comparing qualifications to job requirements;
- Negotiate salaries and manage joining and deployments of hired candidates.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including accurately recording all Resourcing activities on HR information system
- Support in career fairs, employer branding, and other recruitment initiatives.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Re-sources/Business Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possess negotiation and influencing skills
- Able to work independently
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Cina, English
- Preferable for Cina Candidates
