  • The JOB requires implementing processes strategies and opportunities across the organization to promote growth and boost revenue. It involves pursuing opportunities to help the business grow, identifying new prospects, and converting more leads to attract customers.
  •    Contact and engage potential customer network. As the Business Development Sales Executive will be responsible for marketing, promoting company products by engaging with potential customers in meaningful dialogues that open up sales opportunities.
  •    The Business Development Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving volume sales and achieving performance-based goals, both as an individual and as part of a the operation team.
  • You have a good understanding of the grocery and food retailing market, proactively engage with consumers, customers, market trends, events, promotions, suppliers and stay updated on the latest developments in order to effectively contribute to Allesmart success.
  • Working on strategic initiatives to execute MARKET campaigns in new or developing areas of capability. Building a pipeline, track strategy metrics and plans to deliver target customers and clients. Identify HIGH end customers
  • Delivering sales presentations and actively leading bids, through opportunity qualification proposal creation, events, promotion and marketing close to ongoing account development for sales benefits.
  •  Working cross-functionally with Operation Marketing to a vibrant and highly-collaborative manner to articulate our value proposition to prospects, recommend innovative E Commerce solutions, and then execute those solutions.
  • Engage potential clients and build a sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with operation teams for lead sales targets and metric plans to attract customers.
  • Set up meetings or calls with customers with following up.
  • Perform and produce sales in a targeted manner.
  • Interest for or good understanding of e-commerce & Retailing and food market
  • A Candidate Graduate in Marketing, Business College course/ or relevant field is a plus.
  • 2-4/ 5 years Hands on Job Experience
  • Team player and optimistic and can work independently
  • Computer proficient in MS Office Application, Internet, Social Media post
  • Friendly, service-oriented personality.
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism.
  • Know-how in creating and implementing retail standards across different regions;
  • Persuasive and highly motivated to over-achieve sales target
  • Excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers/client
  •  Network of contacts within targeted buyers, consumers
  • Presentation and communication skills, negotiation skills
  • Customer focus oriented
  • Sets clear and aggressive targets with tactical objectives
  • Preferably resident in Makati Area, Mandaluyong, Pasig Area.
