Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for Marketing Specialist (Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)) who will be responsible in performing the following day-to-day tasks:
- Be detail-oriented and process-driven focused to create agile, repeatable, and scalable frameworks to deliver results.
- Understand the broader vision for the brand and design system and how each page and initiative can best support that vision.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and designers, providing technical and design guidance and encouraging collaboration with our team.
- Partner with other groups developing accenture.com pages and assets, including Brand.
- Proactively manage requirements and resources to meet project timelines and objectives.
- Collaboration with our CIO enhancement teams to define, prioritize, test and communicate website enhancements on a quarterly basis.
- Collaboration with M+C stakeholders, Recruiting and CIO on major technology initiatives.
- Collaboration with design agencies on new online features, interfaces and refinements.
- Define and document business requirements and process flows for new features and functionality.
- Review and approve user stories for feature and functionality development.
- Prioritize / rank features using WSJF and MoSCoW classifications (Agile Practice).
- Perform User Acceptance Testing for all user Stories within a Stage Environment.
- Perform Production Validation Testing for all User Stories within the Production Environment.
- Monitor feature development progress and timelines.
- Escalate Production site issues with Ops Team for remediation.
- Be detail-oriented to understand the technical limitations and what results are achievable.
- Understand and communicate the technical implications of stakeholder requests.
- Articulate the rationale behind our processes and guidelines (they can seem burdensome but all exist for a specific and compelling reason.).
- Exhibit patience with pushback and development setbacks.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in web design or marketing. BS in Marketing is a plus.
- Must have at least 3 years combined experience in marketing operation, execution, and capabilities
- Extensive experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementation and management, focus on Sites and AEM development, including templates, components, workflows
- Expertise in the understanding of including modular or atomic design for websites, designing across view and headless CMS framework
- Strong understanding of online publishing and content management systems, with a focus on Adobe Experience Manager
- Deep understanding of Agile development methodology and DevOps practices
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, user experience (UX), and content strategy
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with web page loading speed benchmarks
- Familiarity with website analytics and ability to analyze and interpret analytic reports
- General problem-solving capabilities—ability to propose solutions to identified issues
- Certification in Adobe Experience Manager is a plus
