Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Web3 Tokenomics Designer to create the vision, strategy and roadmap for EmergentX’s token economy. As a Tokenomics Designer at EmergentX, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the economic framework of our decentralized ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with our development and product teams to design token models that incentivize user participation, governance, and long-term sustainability. Your responsibilities will include:
- Token Design: Creating token models that align with our project's goals and user incentives, including token distribution, staking mechanisms, and governance structures.
- Economic Modeling: Conducting economic simulations and analysis to ensure the stability and viability of our token ecosystem.
- Community Engagement: Collaborating with our community to gather feedback and insights, and using this feedback to iterate on tokenomics designs.
- Incentive alignment: Partner with the business development and product team in partner negotiations and project evaluations
- Research and analytics: Create dashboards with KPIs to monitor token economy health, liquidity and other criteria. Actively research the latest developments in tokenomics model to ensure our project remains sustainable, innovative and competitive.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in designing tokenomics for blockchain projects or dApps or equivalent (minimum 2 projects)
- 3+ years of experience and knowledge in web3 and token lifecycle
- Strong proficiency in economic modeling and analysis.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Degree in economics, computer science, math, other quantitative discipline, or comparable experience.
