Social Media Executive

Role Description:

We are searching for a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Executive, with a focus on the TikTok platform. This position is designed for individuals with a deep appreciation for scents and perfumes and a genuine passion for brand building and content creation. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and curating content for our TikTok account. An additional advantage for this role is the ability to host and manage live streams on the TikTok platform, as well as proficiency in photography and videography.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify TikTok/Reel trends and generate content for the TikTok platform.
• Strategize and implement a TikTok content calendar.
• Plan TikTok content for upcoming events.
• Explore potential collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) relevant to our brand and establish partnerships.
• Identify and manage affiliate partners on the TikTok platform.
• Track the performance of TikTok campaigns and individual TikTok posts.
• Participate in the broadcast/live stream process on TikTok, including scheduling, planning, and marketing.
• Manage and host live streams on the TikTok platform.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Communications, or related fields from a recognized tertiary institution.
• Experience in at least one of the following: TikTok Marketing/Content
• Development/Social Media Management.
• Proficiency in the TikTok platform and relevant editing software.
• Ability to host TikTok live streams while being interactive and engaging the target audience.
• Possess a strong command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Creative, driven, and committed.
