Training Officer

Job Description

• Develops or oversees the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
• Assesses training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.
• Assists the training managers in monitoring the entire training events
• Performs other tasks assigned from time to time by Training Managers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Psychology or equivalent
• Efficient in MS office
• Strong analytical, verbal/ written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be assigned in our two head offices: QC and Makati City
