- Conducts, facilitates, and evaluates 6 days immersion for newly-hired Store Crew in an accredited Training Hub
- Monitors performance progress of Store Crew every after 2 months
- Identifies, recommends, and process Crew Certification and Recognition
- Works hand-in-hand with operations in the implementation of set standards
- Maintains and updates Crew Records (eg. InfoSheet, Test Results, etc.)
- Cascade new and updated Operational Procedure
- Performs other duties which may be assigned from time to time
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent
- Preferably with 1-2 years work experience in a Food Industry: As a Crew Team Leader in a fast food chain, Management Trainee, School Instructor, or equivalent
- Willing to travel and do field work
- Must have good communication skills both oral and written
- Must have good interpersonal skills
- Flexible and Hardworking
- Outgoing, vibrant, and can easily adapt to various situations
