- Leading business process(s) review and re-engineering existing process(s) using the various IT systems to be implemented
- Supporting the system support group in the development of the strategies and business cases for products
- Lead in building customer-centric User Experience Designs and Process Flows.
- Lead in finalizing Business Requirements Gathering with the Operations Team and the vendor.
- Support ITD integration teams, PSOD, TD, various vendor in understanding the requirements of Business Users
- Work with CTL, PSOD, TD, various vendor in designing the workflows and application configuration of the various IT systems being implemented
- Lead in understanding and documenting existing business process(s) and business rules.
- Lead in evaluating business process(s), anticipating requirements, uncover areas for improvement and re-engineering of existing business process(s) using the various IT systems to be implemented.
- Participate in project implementation and completion of project artefacts, QA test cases, scenarios, and scripts, UAT and test cycles management.
- Ensure timely resolution of bug fixes and critical issues and actively participate/contribute in triaging of both project and post-production issues.
- Provide post-production support expertise and support for NSO applications.
- At least 8 years of demonstrated global industry/ banking experience especially in the domain of corporate banking exposure
- Experience in IT solution implementation in either of the following areas: (1) Banking; (2) Treasury Operations; (3) Credit and (4) Payment Operations. Experience in implementation of and migration to Finastra banking products such as Loan IQ and Summit is preferred.
- Experience and/or knowledge of international payment systems, correspondent banking relationships and SWIFT (e.g., SWIFT messaging standards, message formats and codes) are an advantage.
- Experience in business process engineering, business process mapping, and customer experience design
- Experience in production support in handling client queries and issues, providing technical guidance, documenting support activities/issues.
- Effectively demonstrated business and cross-organizational leadership and project delivery discipline
- Track record on business process management / re-engineering / consulting experience
- Proficient in the use of presentation and process mapping tools. (e.g. Visio, Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
- Excellent documentation skills

- Experience of working as a business point of contact on IT systems, liaising with IT departments and participating in business change management strategies.
- Ability to apply logical thinking and analytical skills/reasoning to evaluate business processes and solutions.
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.
- Reporting arrangement - Hybrid - 3x a week onsite or as needed, ITD work area.
