Event Planning and Coordination:
Plan and coordinate participation in educational fairs, community events, and other promotional activities.
Ensure all necessary materials and resources are prepared for events.
Booth Setup and Management:
Set up and dismantle promotional booths at various events to showcase the institution's offerings.
Create visually appealing displays to attract the attention of prospective students and parents.
Promotional Material Creation:
Assist in the development of promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and banners.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for promotional purposes.
Engagement and Outreach:
Actively engage with event attendees, providing information about our educational programs and answering queries.
Collect contact information from interested individuals for follow-up communication.
Brand Representation:
Represent the institution in a professional and enthusiastic manner at all events.
Ensure a positive and lasting impression on potential students, parents, and other stakeholders.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Previous experience in event coordination and booth setup preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Enthusiastic about promoting education and our institution.
