- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to align with company goals and objectives.
- Manage all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) to ensure consistency in voice, tone, and branding.
- Create engaging content, including text, image, and video, for social media posts, stories, and ads.
- Monitor social media channels for trending topics, relevant conversations, and industry news to capitalize on opportunities for engagement.
- Implement social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase follower engagement and drive traffic.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely and professional manner.
