Finance Analyst


This role will monitor financial transactions of the Company, gather financial data and information, prepare and analyze financial reports and develop financial budget. He/she shall analyze results and variances, identify financial trend, and provide financial insights through preparing conclusions and recommendation report. He/she is assigned to monitor the Financial Budget, conduct profitability analysis and all other finance tasks assigned to him/her.


Responsibilities

FINANCIAL STATEMENT ANALYSIS 

  • Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes
  • Prepare Monthly Financial Statements; Income Statement, Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Change in Equity, Cash Flow Statement and Notes (Disclosure) to Financial Statements
  • Provide Financial Analysis based on the historical financial data on Company's Profitability, Solvency, Stability, Liquidity, Growth, Trend and other relevant analysis.
  • Provide relevant financial insights with supporting conclusions and recommendations
  • Prepare Financial Update Report to be presented to Executives, BOD and Stockholders


FINANCIAL BUDGET

  • Prepare Annual Financial Budget
  • Monitor Budget per Department and Per Programs and impact of spending to the Revenue
  • Prepare Weekly and Monthly Budget Variance Analysis
  • Discuss Result of Budget Variance Analysis to Department or Division Heads involved
  • Creatively gives options and recommendation to reduce costs, to ensure spending will result to expected revenue impact and improve financial performance
  • Monitor taken options and action plan


  • Bachelor degree holder of Accountancy (CPA is NOT required but an advantage)
  • At least 1 year of experience in Finance
  • Proficient in data entry, accurate & detailed oriented
  • Knowledge of Financial Management and Accounting Principles
