Responsibilities:

o Craft engaging and informative content across various social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, telegram, Discord).

o Manage social media accounts, respond to comments and messages promptly, and maintain a positive brand image.

o Analyze social media data to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies.

Community Engagement:

o Cultivate a thriving and engaged online community by fostering meaningful interactions with members.

o Organize and promote community events, contests, and giveaways to drive participation and excitement.

o Actively listen to community feedback, address concerns promptly, and encourage collaboration.

o Collaborate with community moderators to ensure a safe and welcoming online environment.

Partnership Development:

o Identify and cultivate potential partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and other relevant organizations.

o Negotiate and manage partnerships to expand our reach and enhance brand visibility.

o Collaborate with partners to create co-branded content and cross-promotional opportunities.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in blockchain industry.

· Proven track record of web3 project operation stuff.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to tailor messaging to different audiences. English is working language.

· Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

· Passion for the Web3 space and a keen interest in emerging technologies.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
