2. Manage daily community interactions to ensure a positive and engaging community environment.

4. Analyz community feedback and behaviour data, adjust strategies to meet community needs and improve user satisfaction.

5. Develop community rules and guidelines to maintain a healthy community culture and environment.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years or more experience in community management.

2. Deep understanding and practical experience with community management tools and platforms such as Telegram, Discord, etc.

3. Familiarity with data analysis tools, capable of making data-driven decisions.

4. Excellent communication skills and creative writing ability to inspire community participation and enthusiasm.

5. Experience in Web3, financial technology, or related industries is preferred.

6. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin
