- Lead and rally the sales team to exceed revenue targets.
- Develop innovative sales strategies in alignment with MJM Manufacturing's goals in the industrial supplies sector.
- Foster and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Analyze market trends and adjust tactics to capitalize on shifts.
- Provide mentorship and training to the sales team, empowering them to achieve their KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Continuously assess and improve sales processes for robust pipeline management.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, lead and motivate the sales team, build and maintain strong customer relationships, analyze data to identify sales opportunities.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with occasional travel required. Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
