  1. Places outgoing calls to potential employees for recruiting purposes while utilizing various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to attract potential candidates for healthcare positions
  2. Accurately and thoroughly communicates all assignment and benefits details to travelers throughout the recruitment process to minimize traveler-initiated cancellations
  3. Assist in the onboarding process for candidates by coordinating orientation sessions, completing necessary paperwork, and providing resources to help them integrate smoothly into their roles and the organization
  4. Acts as a consultant to nursing hiring managers providing guidance consistent with facility recruitment/HR policies and procedures, as well as, state and federal employment law
  5. Places qualified candidates with current and new clients nationally, by actively sourcing qualified candidates and maintaining current database
  6. Builds and fosters professional relationships with healthcare workers while serving as a crucial career counselor and placement advisor throughout their employment with the company
  7. Negotiates contract terms with candidates including offers of employment, salary extension and rate, benefits discussions, and contract agreements between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure that offers align with both candidate expectations and organizational budget constraints.
  8. Resolves employment issues and escalate them as needed
  9. Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and organizational goals. Provide guidance and support in defining job descriptions and candidate profiles
  10. Exercises sales appropriate strategies based on the needs of the healthcare professional
  11. Meets and exceeds the expected daily quotas as outlined for the Healthcare Recruiter
  12. Conducts reference verifications
  13. Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with evolving recruitment trends, tools, and techniques in the healthcare industry
  14.  Performs additional duties as requested by management 
  1. High school diploma or its equivalent
  2. Two (2) years US Healthcare Recruitment or similar experience
  3. Work experience in customer service or sales, preferred
  4. Strong critical thinking skills
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with candidates, clients, hiring managers and team members
  7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
  8. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent within deadlines
  9. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  10. Strong customer service, negotiating and interpersonal skills
  11. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software
