Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Create and execute a robust social media plan that aligns with the gym's brand and business goals.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and relevant content (including photos, videos, graphics, and written posts) for various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community among our members and followers.
Campaign Management: Plan and manage social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive engagement and increase membership.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar platforms, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and fitness teams to ensure cohesive messaging and to highlight promotions, events, and success stories.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the gym remains competitive and innovative in the digital space.
Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with local influencers and brand ambassadors to promote the gym.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industries.
- Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft compelling and on-brand messages.
- Creativity: A keen eye for design and an ability to create visually appealing content.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for Fitness: A genuine interest in fitness, health, and wellness is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
