Full Stack Web Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a passion for building robust web applications. This role involves leading development projects, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring our applications meet the highest standards of performance and usability.

Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Lead the development of web applications from concept to deployment, using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Front-End Development: Develop responsive, high-performance web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
• Back-End Development: Design and implement server-side logic, databases, and APIs using languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to web development 
• and performance optimization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Project Management: Participate in project planning and estimation, providing accurate timelines and status updates.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our development processes.

• Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Strong experience with back-end development using languages and frameworks like Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar.
• Familiarity with database management (SQL and NoSQL databases).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of web development best practices, including security, performance optimization, and responsive design.
