- Lead efforts to attract new clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to secure new business and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee the management of client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Handle consultants within assigned accounts, ensuring their effective deployment and performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders, billing, and payments.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client activities in the CRM system.
· Ensure the accuracy of job order details and other relevant information in the system.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across various organizational levels.
- Lead client interactions, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Oversee all sales activities from lead generation and negotiation to closing deals within specified accounts.
- Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and other sales and marketing materials.
- Write executive summaries and key themes for major pursuits, demonstrating a strong understanding of product lines, platforms, and value propositions.
- Coordinate and govern sales activities throughout the sales process, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in sales database systems.
- Support the sales team by preparing reports on consultants' salaries and other relevant data.
- Perform supporting tasks and respond to various sales-related requests to assist team members.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to senior management.
- Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned by management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, or any related programs
- Proven sales track record.
- Has a wide connection/network.
- Proficient communication skills.
- Amenable work on-site in McKinley Taguig.
- Has experience working with HR or Outsourcing companies.
- Extrovert - as part of the KPI, is to meet clients.
