A leading Control Room solutions provider is seeking an experienced and motivated Enterprise Sales Manager with a positive and professional attitude to support the sale of security and control room solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work closely with team members to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals.

• Prepare quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

• Develop and execute sales strategies with a focus on non-government sectors.

• Identify and develop new sales leads.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

• Provide pre-sales solutions to clients, conducting site surveys to determine optimal solutions. 


Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to engage senior client stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts.

• Strong customer service and organizational skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.

• Ability to read and understand system diagrams and schematics.

• Ability to work with software integrators as partners and maintain a good relationship with partners and clients.

• Fluent in conversational and written English.
