Training Specialist

• Conducting training for new and current sales associates
• Developing individualized training plans for underperforming sales persons
• Designing and delivering training programs
• Coaching and mentoring sales teams
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives
• Identifying labor with needs, strengths and weaknesses
• Identifying needs for sales skills improvement
• Organizing and monitoring every training
• Monitor performance of partner's employees

·       Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, SHS Graduate or Bachelor's/College Degree,

·       Must be willing to do field work and loves to travel

·       Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or fast learner if new graduate

·       Excellent PR skills

·       Advantage to those who can start immediately

·       FRESH/UNDERGRADUATES with excellent interpersonal skills are welcome to apply
