UI/UX Designer

This is an opportunity to shape the future of workplace experience by designing the admin portal and Content Management System (CMS) for a cutting edge, AI-driven employee engagement app. As a UX/UI Designer at CXApp, you will own the design project end-to-end. You will be involved at every step of product development – from brainstorming broad ideas and product strategy to designing complete workflows and ensuring design quality through Product and development handoff.

What you will be doing

• Create designs for an intuitive and engaging multi-layered CMS user experience

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and other Designers on features and requirements

• Gather insights and feedback from internal sources and customers to inform design decisions

• Apply UX know-how and best practices to transform desired end-user outcomes into beautiful and fluid workflows that will delight our users.

What we are looking for

• 3-5 years experience working in UX/UI space working on complex problems and workflows

• Demonstrated portfolio of shipping amazing experiences that have made a clear and significant impact on consumer and business metrics

• Demonstrated skills for collaborating closely with other designers, product managers, and engineers to achieve better design outcomes

• Ability to move quickly while producing high quality designs

• Ability to reduce complex problems down to flexible and intuitive patterns

• Knowledge working within a design system as well as contributing back to it

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, such as the ability to communicate design concepts and stakeholders and receive feedback.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience working at a start-up

• Experience in MUI Design System

• Experience with B2C apps, and with enterprise work environments
