As a Full Cycle Recruiter, you'll be the go-to person for sourcing and placing top talent in digital marketing roles for our clients. You’ll manage the entire recruitment process, from the initial search to final negotiations. Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Co-Founder and hiring managers to understand the needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Source and attract candidates by utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Perform reference checks and background screenings to verify candidates' credentials
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update the applicant tracking system
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve our hiring processes
• Previous experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing roles and the skills required for positions like Project Managers, SEO Managers, Social Media Managers, etc
• Proven track record of successfully filling positions in various industries
• Experience using Workable as an ATS
• Savvy in using social media platforms (FB, IG, Tiktok) to attract talents
• Skilled in using Boolean and X-ray searches
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus
