  • Generate sales leads and maintains a consistently healthy pipeline through lead generation activities such as cold calling, emails, visits, etc. of potential clients.
  • Schedule and conduct a targeted number of face-to-face meetings with prospective clients each week.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Gather documents and requirements and drafts business proposals.
  • Coordinate with the management team to develop strategic sales and marketing plans.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales, often required to have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Prior experience in managing a sales team, which includes hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Capability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Experience in selling SaaS to manage customer interactions and sales processes.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals and handle objections.
  • Works well in a team setting and fosters collaboration.
