We are growing and want to add a Financial Analyst member to our team!
- Record, track, and analyze company financial transactions
- Employee Payroll Onboarding
- Documenting, categorizing, and storage of all transaction details
- Creating financial reports & analysis
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal standards
- Fact-checking accounting data
- Implement new standards, guidelines, and practices
- Report and correct accounting errors
- Record financial transactions
- Tracking payroll data & closely working with payroll team
- Daily accounts reconciliation & balances report
- 4 Year Degree in Accounting / BS Accountancy
- 2 - 4 years experience in the field of accounting
- Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with accounting software
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
- Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
- Highly detail-oriented and proactive.
- Preferably tech or startup company experience
