SOCIAL MEDIA OFFICER

· Responsible for creating and curating engaging content across various social media platforms, and must manage the posting schedule to ensure consistent engagement with followers;
· Responds to comments, messages, and reviews promptly to foster community interaction and maintain a positive brand image; and monitor discussions and feedback to understand audience sentiments and improve customer relationships;
· Analyzes social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and content strategies.
· Graduate of Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or related course is an advantage;
· Must have 1-3 years of experience in hands-on involvement in content management, community engagement, and campaign execution to ensure familiarity with the demands in the food and beverage industry;
· With excellent communication skills to craft compelling content that resonates with target audiences across various platforms;
· Should have an understanding on how to analyze social media engagement.
