Compliance Officer

The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to all relevant safety regulations and permit requirements. This role involves managing the permit application and renewal process, maintaining safety compliance across all operations, and addressing any issues related to regulatory standards. Moreover, they play a critical role in mitigating risks and ensuring the organization’s operations are legally compliant.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a compliance, safety, or regulatory role, with a strong understanding of safety regulations and permit processes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple permit applications and renewals.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct thorough safety inspections and audits with keen attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address safety and compliance issues effectively.
• Experience in developing and delivering safety training programs for employees.
• Proficiency in using compliance management software and other relevant tools.
• Certifications related to safety compliance/ Safety Officer is a plus.
