Business Development Manager

We're outsourcing and offshoring company seeking deliciated, immaculate and presentable professional as Business Manager with digital marketing experience to head the department and forming and hiring own team. You'll be responsible for developing and executing effective strategies to attract clients from Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and other English-speaking countries.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals. 
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
• Set up and reviewing marketing strategies targeting international partners.
• Assists in the development and implementation of company’s marketing objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts support overall business objectives.
• Analyze marketing performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Perfectionist and Team leader. Can work well under pressure meeting datelines.
• Must have experience already in multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• In combination with Company chairman/OIC draft the necessary marketing materials.
• This is an onsite employment offer located at Ermita - Metro Manila.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Conduct cold calls to clients and very presentable to meet clients.
• Possess American or British or Australian English Accent. 
• Ready to travel on short notice locally or aboard.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Familiarity and implement a CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Experience managing a marketing budget.
