Analyze target user demographics and formulate and execute user growth plans, including but not limited to social media marketing, content marketing, and partner relationship building.
Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of user growth campaigns, adjust strategies based on data feedback, and continuously optimize user acquisition pathways.
Design and launch ambassador recruitment programs to attract influential individuals or groups to become brand ambassadors.
Develop ambassador training systems to ensure ambassadors understand brand philosophy, product features, and promotional strategies, enhancing their professionalism and enthusiasm.
Manage ambassador communities, regularly organize online/offline events to strengthen ambassador interaction and cooperation, and motivate ambassadors to continuously contribute high-quality content.
Monitor ambassador performance, provide feedback, optimize incentive mechanisms, and ensure the effective execution and continuous growth of the ambassador program.
Collaborate closely with product, technology, customer service, and other departments to ensure market expansion activities align with the company's overall strategy.

At least 2 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in Web3, blockchain, or financial technology market expansion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively managing internal and external relationships.
Proactive and possess good teamwork spirit and independent work capabilities.
Fluent in English, capable of effectively communicating with international team
