  • Leads and oversees the marketing and sales of all Terra Bright properties through targeted advertising and strategic initiatives.
  • Cultivates and nurtures professional networks to maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Takes responsibility for recruiting and training a team of qualified, tech-savvy sales professionals.
  • Coaches and motivates a group of property consultants to foster a dynamic, high-energy sales environment that drives conversion of leads into successful sales.
  • Focus on property consultants
  • Identifies new opportunities, presents properties with confidence, and successfully closes sales to meet monthly and semi-annual sales targets within the contract timeframe.
  • Monitors market trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Collaborates with the marketing team to create engaging and impactful promotional materials.
  • A minimum of 72 college units completed or a College/Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience as a sales manager or top performer in the real estate industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Possesses confidence, a positive attitude, enthusiasm, resourcefulness, and a results-driven mindset.
  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and high self-motivation.
  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours.
  • Resides within Cavite Area ( Silang or Dasmariñas)
