Key Responsibilities:


Talent Sourcing:

  • Use a variety of channels (job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, etc.) to identify and source qualified candidates for open roles across the organization.


Candidate Screening & Interviewing:

  • Conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.


Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, job descriptions, and candidate expectations. Provide guidance on best practices for interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection.


Applicant Tracking & Reporting:

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Provide regular reports on recruitment progress, metrics, and candidate pipelines.


Candidate Experience:

  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from the initial contact to the final offer, ensuring that all candidates are treated with respect and professionalism.
  • 1 year of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience in sourcing candidates across various roles and industries (e.g., technology, sales, marketing, etc.) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing hiring needs.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism with a focus on candidate confidentiality and company values.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HRIS systems or advanced recruitment technologies.
  • Familiarity with diversity and inclusion best practices in hiring.
  • Experience in hiring for a variety of roles, including technical, operational, and executive-level positions.
