Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:
- Use a variety of channels (job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, etc.) to identify and source qualified candidates for open roles across the organization.
Candidate Screening & Interviewing:
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, job descriptions, and candidate expectations. Provide guidance on best practices for interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection.
Applicant Tracking & Reporting:
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Provide regular reports on recruitment progress, metrics, and candidate pipelines.
Candidate Experience:
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from the initial contact to the final offer, ensuring that all candidates are treated with respect and professionalism.
- 1 year of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience in sourcing candidates across various roles and industries (e.g., technology, sales, marketing, etc.) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing hiring needs.
- High level of integrity and professionalism with a focus on candidate confidentiality and company values.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HRIS systems or advanced recruitment technologies.
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion best practices in hiring.
- Experience in hiring for a variety of roles, including technical, operational, and executive-level positions.
