HR Admin will help with administrative tasks such as 201 filling, receiving requirements, encoding, making contracts, and assisting team needs.


Communication skill:

You will be faced with the newly hired to receive their requirement so you must have good communication skills to be able to discuss the importance of the document that we need. And in written and verbal.


Microsoft (Excel/Word):

Having the knowledge of these two software is a plus and advantage for you to cough up with the high volume of work, At least you can able to use formulas and mail merge.

  • College graduates or HR related course 
  • Has an analytical mind
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Detailed and desire to probe further into data
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or any other related software.
  • Can work under pressure
  • Can start ASAP
