We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of the business. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s market presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct research to identify new market trends, potential clients, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Analyze competitors and market conditions to recommend strategies that position the company ahead of industry trends.
  • Lead Generation & Networking:
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through direct outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to potential clients to introduce the company’s services/products.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute business development plans to meet company revenue and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Manage client expectations and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Track and report on business development activities, sales progress, and results.
  • Present performance metrics and recommend adjustments to the business development strategy.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Provide insights into market trends to help shape the company’s product and service offerings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
