Bridge Payday Solutions Inc. is looking for Client Onboarding Specialist who can join our team.
The candidate should attend the 1-week training in the office in Taguig.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the company’s software products
- Lead the implementation process, from kickoff to completion
- Conduct meetings with clients to gather requirements, prepare reports, and track project progress
- Create, update, and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation documents
- Setup, test, and deploy system for clients
- Provide training for client staff on the usage of new systems and software
- Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues encountered during various phases of the implementation and after sales process
- Collaborate with sales, operations and product team to provide timely resolution of technical issues
- Respond to customer email, chats, and calls regarding implementation and after sales support
- Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Quickly pick up and disseminate any updates to the product both to the customers and to the internal teams as needed
