Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions and recruitment strategies.

Employee Relations

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Mediate conflicts and assist in the resolution of workplace issues.
  • Promote employee engagement through initiatives and activities.

Training and Development

  • Identify training needs and create development programs.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and other learning opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compensation policies comply with legal standards.
  • Provide guidance on benefits options and enrollment.

Policy Compliance and Documentation

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ensure company policies are communicated and adhered to.
  • Handle sensitive HR documentation and maintain confidentiality.

Performance Management

  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Collaborate with managers to set and track employee goals.
  • Provide feedback and recommend action plans for improvement.

Nationality: Vietnamese (Required)


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in HR, with expertise in [specific area, e.g., recruitment or employee relations].


Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.


Certifications (preferred): PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent.
