Recruitment and Onboarding
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
- Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Mediate conflicts and assist in the resolution of workplace issues.
- Promote employee engagement through initiatives and activities.
Training and Development
- Identify training needs and create development programs.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and other learning opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Ensure compensation policies comply with legal standards.
- Provide guidance on benefits options and enrollment.
Policy Compliance and Documentation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ensure company policies are communicated and adhered to.
- Handle sensitive HR documentation and maintain confidentiality.
Performance Management
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Collaborate with managers to set and track employee goals.
- Provide feedback and recommend action plans for improvement.
Nationality: Vietnamese (Required)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in HR, with expertise in [specific area, e.g., recruitment or employee relations].
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
Certifications (preferred): PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent.
