Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Develop and maintain job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
Employee Relations
Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Mediate conflicts and assist in the resolution of workplace issues.
Promote employee engagement through initiatives and activities.
Training and Development
Identify training needs and create development programs.
Organize workshops, seminars, and other learning opportunities.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Ensure compensation policies comply with legal standards.
Provide guidance on benefits options and enrollment.
Policy Compliance and Documentation
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Ensure company policies are communicated and adhered to.
Handle sensitive HR documentation and maintain confidentiality.
Performance Management
Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Collaborate with managers to set and track employee goals.
Provide feedback and recommend action plans for improvement.
Nationality: Vietnamese (Required)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in HR, with expertise in [specific area, e.g., recruitment or employee relations].
