- Stay up-to-date with HR industry trends and best practices
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
- Familiarity with HR management systems or tools, such as HRIS or applicant tracking systems
- Solid understanding of labor laws and human resources best practices
