Job Summary :
Manages the Sales Department thoroughly to ensure a strong, solid and reliable salesforce that will simultaneously generate a vast loyal customer base while increasing sales and profit.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities :
1.Responsible for meeting the monthly/yearly sales target set by higher management
2.Responsible for all administrative functions of the department
3.Must be regularly in communication with the Account Executives
4.Responsible for the work performance and ethic of all employees in the department
5.Responsible for the continual improvement of all employees in the department
6.Responsible for the healthy working relationship of the department with otherdepartments specially Production Planning, Pre-Press and Design
7.Responsible for maintaining good relationships with all clients
Competency Requirements:
Educational Background and Experience
1. College graduate of any course
2. At least 5 years experience in Customer management and sales
3. At least 3 years in supervisory position
Required Knowledge
1. Knowledgeable on the printing specifications (papers, colors, etc.,)
2. Knowledgeable on the process and machines used in printing
3. Knowledgeable about the competitors in the same industry
4. Knowledgeable and updated on the client’s needs
Required Skills and Abilities
1. Good oral and written communication skills in English or Filipino
2. Has good negotiation/ bargaining skills
3. Computer literate and capable of using basic Office software such as Word and Excel
