- Job Description: We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence and engage with our community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for visual aesthetics, and a deep understanding of social media platforms. While this is a remote position, candidates must be based in the Cleveland area to attend occasional in-person meetings and collaborate closely with our team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
- Photography Integration: Collaborate with our photography team to showcase our work, ensuring that our visual content aligns with our brand identity.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and messages, fostering relationships with current and potential clients.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and tools, implementing best practices to enhance our online presence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and photography teams to align social media content with business objectives and upcoming sessions.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the photography or creative industry.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools for business purposes.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to create and edit visual content; basic photography skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Residing in Cleveland, OH, or nearby areas to facilitate in-person meetings as needed.
