As LSM Officer, you will spearheading the development, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of Local Store Marketing approaches of the store level through research, advertising, promotions and guest relations to provide adequate support to operations in ensuring attainment of sales target.


Maintaining the LSM System

  • Develop and maintain an updated library of LSM initiatives which store can refer to build store sales. Maintain a “best practices” file of local sales-building initiatives that is constantly updated and submitted once per quarter for review by the Marketing Manager. Use this in enriching upgrading the library of LSM programs for store use.
  • Communicate “best practice” localized sales-building programs/events to the operations on a regular basis to encourage LSM activation.
  • Act as subject matter expert on LSM techniques and sales building initiatives. Coach and assist KMS Managers, Restaurant Managers and Area Managers on these techniques and initiatives through “on the job” demonstrations as well as class and workshop training.
  • Conduct field coaching and assisting KMS Managers on local marketing initiatives, establishing and maintaining community contacts, and participating in local sales-building activities.

Facilitation LSM Activations at the Store Level

  • Assist KMS Managers in developing specific, written local store marketing action plans for their store. Require submission of report from stores who activated LSM. Prepare and submit a weekly impact summary sheet detailing actions taken and incremental improvements on AC and TC seen to the Marketing Manager.
  • Approve KMS Manager’s proposal for local community involvement programs. Act as a point of contact in coordinating all market-level public relations campaigns including sponsorships to ensure alignment to brand standards. Secure approval for all program expenses from the Marketing Manager.
  • Support stores below net income due to poor sales. Require compulsory LSM activation in coordination with the Operations Team. Maintain a rolling 4-week planning schedule, update weekly, and submit to the Operations Manager and Marketing Manager.
  • Track, evaluate and report results of all community and local store promotions to the Marketing Manager and Operations Manager to present LSM support provided to Operations by Marketing and emphasize brand alignment of LSM executed by the store.
  • Assist the restaurants in the assigned area in coordinating with the proper departments regarding store requirements such as layouts, printing and production of LSM related programs/activities.
  • Provide necessary support in the actual conduct of LSM as requested by operations. This includes but is not limited to occasions such as Store Opening.

Executing the Marketing Plans for the Party/Functions Segment

  • Support Party/Function Stores not hitting the Segment Sales target. Facilitate identification of LSM initiative that will complement and help improve party/functions transaction count and average check.
  • Magnify the attractiveness and feasibility of holding party/functions in the restaurants by ensuring the adequacy of mechanisms to encourage guests to make decisions. This shall include but is not limited to:

a. In-store and/or community advertisement for party/functions

b. Identification of a place and a person to entertain guest inquiries on party/functions

c. Provision of attractive, accurate and complete catalogues where guest can see the party packages.

d. List of a wide variety of accredited third-party suppliers

  • Ensure alignment of store execution during party/functions to branding by conducting spot checks and providing immediate feedback to operations. This shall include but is not limited to matters affecting marketability of the Party/Function segment such size and arrangement of the room, competency of party host and assistants, coordination between BOH and party team, decorations and sound system.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Marketing or any 4-year Business Course
  • Must have at least 2 years’ experience in similar field with at least 1 year in similar capacity. At least 2 years extensive experience in food service industry is a must.
  • Must be willing to travel and do fieldworks
  • Must be adept in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Amenable to work in San Martin De Porres, Paranaque.
