Requirements:

• Excellent Communication Skills: You must possess superior communication skills with a neutral accent, capable of professional and engaging conversations with loan officers and potential customers.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Google Suite.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with loan officers and potential customers in a professional manner.
• Conduct B2B cold calling and appointment setting.
• Manage and mine leads effectively.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in B2B cold calling, appointment setting, sales, or business development.
• Previous experience in the mortgage and real estate services industry is beneficial but not mandatory.

Competencies:

• Natural Conversationalist: Your interaction should be natural and engaging, not scripted or robotic. We are looking for someone who is persuasive yet tactful, without being overly aggressive or salesy.
• Relationship Management: A proven track record of successful relationship management would be a significant plus.
