Financial Specialist

. Financial Recordkeeping:

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accordance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.

2. Financial Reporting:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure all financial data is accurately recorded and reports are timely delivered to management.
• Prepare and analyze trial balances and balance sheets.

4.Bank Account Management:

• Responsible for opening and maintaining company bank accounts.
• Ensure smooth operation of banking activities, including transfers, deposits, and account management.

Qualifications:

1.Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or other relevant certification is a plus.1、

2.Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the Internet or financial industry.

3.Technical Skills:

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
