As a Recruitment Associate, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles within the company, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Social Science, Business Administration Graduate or any related field
- Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
- Must be open to on-site work in Pasig City
- Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills to manage tasks effectively under changing demands and deadlines.
- Supervises all works and operations being done within their control.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
