Job Description
- Develop and implement a robust social media listening strategy using advanced monitoring tools.
- Track brand mentions, sentiment analysis, and key industry conversations across relevant platforms.
- Identify emerging trends and potential opportunities for engagement.
- Prepare insightful reports and presentations to inform social media strategy and campaigns.
- Conduct in-depth sentiment check, social media presence analysis, including content strategy, engagement metrics, and audience demographics.
- Develop and present competitive reports to stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.
- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing team on social media initiatives.
- Proactively identify and address potential social media risks and opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong understanding of social media monitoring tools (e.g., Talkwalkers, Sprinklr , Meltwater) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proven experience with 3-5 years in social media monitoring specifically
- Demonstrated success in creating and implementing effective brand health and monitoring reports
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Emplifi, Talkwalker, Facebook Ads Manager) and Google Workspace for data analysis and reporting.
