Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Recruiter role located in Metro Manila. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions within the company. They will also be involved in coordinating interviews, negotiating job offers, and assisting in onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills
• Experience in Recruitment & Sourcing in BPO industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Recruitment experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
