This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Associate located in Makati. The Recruitment Associate will be responsible for handling the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and assisting in the final hiring process. Daily tasks will include coordinating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, creating and managing job postings, and maintaining candidate records.
- Strong skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and Screening candidates
- Excellent Communication and Interviewing skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in the maritime industry is an advantage
